Seaside Passionfruit is a fruited gose style sour beer. We've kettle soured a base gose and then added Tasmanian sea salt with a sizeable whack of fresh passionfruit. The result is a wonderfully tart and spritzy gose. A tart and acidic frontend is balanced beautifully with a hint of salt and a tropical passionfruit flavour. The spritzy carbonation makes this one ultra refreshing and thirst quenching.
