Remember when is a brand new, and our first ever, California style DIPA.

We've brewed this stunner with a neat little combo of Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic, Citra and Lemondrop. This punchy DIPA is giving us everything we need. It's got a light golden colour, with a full body and aromatic nose. It smacks with flavours of dense tropical fruit, lemon and orange citrus all coming through on a clean malt profile that really allows the hops to sing. The bitterness is mild and the finish is beautiful, stick, juicy hops.
