Future Mountain Force of Nature Farmhouse Ale 375ml Bottle

Ian Jones & Shane Ferguson established Future Mountain in 2019 over their mutual love of yeast-driven farmhouse ales and enamel-stripping American sours. Blending the Old World and the New, tradition and innovation, they specialise in mixed-fermentation brewing, barrel aging and blending - the pair even have a 'lab' of cultures and bacterias they have amassed over the years, including strains from Cantillon, Jester King and Russian River. An interpretation of an Old World farmhouse ale brewed with rustic grains and a blend of Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces yeast strains. Refreshingly tart, approachable in its acidity, it's all zesty orange, mandarin and baking spices. A little vinous too.
