

Future Mountain Constant State Saison




Ian Jones & Shane Ferguson established Future Mountain in 2019 over their mutual love of yeast-driven farmhouse ales and enamel-stripping American sours. Blending the Old World and the New, tradition and innovation, they specialise in mixed-fermentation brewing, barrel aging and blending - the pair even have a 'lab' of cultures and bacterias they have amassed over the years, including strains from Cantillon, Jester King and Russian River. An open fermented, dry hopped saison brewed with pilsner malt, unmalted rye and raw wheat, naturally carbonated in bottle. A blend of two Belgian saison yeasts and a generous late dose of New World European hops, this farmhouse ale is aromatic and complex, dancing between lemon citrus, delicate florals, earth, spice and fruit.
