A proprietary blend of variety and region – Vermentino, Malvasia Bianco, Pecorino, Trebbiano and "Malvasia Fina". DOCG's of Barmera, Piccadilly and Ebenezer. Through more oxidative handling of the Malvasia we've reduced the aromatics to create something more table-friendly. A real spaghetti-slurper. The Fiat needs a service, but the wine is tip-top.
