"This is 100% Chenin from the Trappers Gully vineyard that the Express team have been farming organically for the past seven years. It’s simply made from four barrels of Chenin that are bottled while they are still fermenting. This has a super-lively palate blending tropical, citrus and savoury characters with cleansing acidity. Express Winemakers’ take on a hazy NEIPA."

Ryan O'Meara is one of the nicest guys in wine. He also makes some of our favourite wine. Ryan currently leases and manages four small vineyards in the Mount Barker and Porongurup sub-regions of the Great Southern. Organic farming without irrigation, no synthetic chemicals, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, these wines are alive, expressive and just an absolute pleasure.
