2021 Dirty Black Denim Denim Bloody Denim

A cellar blend of Heathcote Carménère (Sedienta), King Valley Dolcetto, Ararat Sauvignon and a pinch of Barbera. We wanted to see what a blend of all the fruit we received in March looked like, so a barrique was blended straight after ferment and left to settle for 8 months. No s02 added. A fun, refreshing medium weight red. With just enough structure. 

"We aim to make wines that should be drunk from a mug or tumbler in a park with your mates.
