2020 Le Coste Bianchetto

Gianmarco Antonuzzi & Clémentine Bouveron tend to 14 hectares overlooking Lago di Bolsena, the largest volcanic lake in Europe. With vineyards up to 600m above sea level, planted amongst olive groves and chestnut trees, Le Coste is home to a unique collection of microclimates rich in biodiversity. A leading light in biodynamics with a serious cult following.
A blend of procanico, malvasia, moscato and a bunch of other local varieties. Two weeks on skins, fermentation and élevage in tank over six months. A warmer vintage, this is generous and expressive. Orange zest, fleshy stone fruits, spice and driving acidity.
