Former chef, once sommelier at Noma, Anders started making wine in 2013 alongside legendary Jura winemaker, Jean-Marc Brignot. Now settled in the village of Valvignères in the Ardèche, his wines are truly unique and highly sought-after across the world. Grapes and only grapes, no adds, no sulphur. Tiny quantities.
The destemmed 'raisins de table' (muscat blanc, muscat noir, chasselas, italia, ribol noir and cardinal) and grenache blanc were macerated in the pressurage direct juice of syrah for six weeks. After maceration, the grapes were pressed for three days in a small vertical press. The following fermentation took place in barriques for almost 11 months without racking.
