This is a blend of Gamay de Bouze, Gamay Chaudenay and Gamay Fréaux. Its deep colour is due to all three varieties being teinturier grapes with red flesh. This is a combination of 2019 and 2020 due to the low yields in both of those seasons. Tiny quantities.
Pascal and Moses are the undeniable kings of pétillant naturel. Always disgorged, extended time on lees, their wines are clean and consistent with great length and complexity.
