The Aviet domain is just six hectares total while just 3% of their production sees export. A cult producer that we are truly lucky to see reach our shores. 100% poulsard from 30 and 50 year old vines in Château Gimont and l'Horloge. Three weeks maceration, 15 months in barrel. 'Cuvée des Docteurs' refers to the medical students who came to help Lucien during harvest in the early years. Super limited.
