Pink wine blended with grappa that has been infused with foraged and farm-grown ingredients, including primarily native coastal vegetation (rosemary, saltbush, and eucalyptus leaves), as well as wormwood, citrus leaves, coriander seed, bay leaf, homegrown saltbush, etc. For drinking over ice with tonic or soda and a wedge of citrus, or adding to very special cocktails. Presented in a clear wine bottle, with wood-topped cork closure and clear wax seal.
"Cleopatra Wines (formerly known as Persephone Wines) are made in a little shed on the farm here in Basket Range, on the traditional land of the Peramangk people. They are completely zero-zero.
